It will host about 400 scientists, physicians, engineers and technicians. The building is fully clad in silk screened glass representing a DNA pattern and will be organized around a large atrium bathed in natural light where children can play. In addition to the areas of research, it will include some clinical consultations with a clinical investigation center, a biological resource center, eleven reference centers for rare diseases, biostatistics center and a conference center on the top floor.
